Everything we sell is made in limited runs — read this before ordering.
Orders
Once an order’s placed, it’s final. We don’t guarantee stock until your order is confirmed.
We can cancel or refund any order at our discretion if there’s a problem (stock, payment, fraud, etc.).
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Australia.
We’re not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or import fees once your order leaves our hands — check your tracking info and local customs rules.
Returns & Refunds
We don’t do change-of-mind returns or size swaps.
If you receive a faulty item or we send the wrong product, email doofmelb@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll sort it out.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method if approved.
Product Info
Everything is described as accurately as possible, but slight variation in color, sizing, or print is normal — that’s part of it.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item or price at any time.
