Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL UNLESS ITEM IS DEFECTIVE. PLEASE READ BELOW:

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition it arrived—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns and refunds are only available for defective items.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations for incorrect size/item selection or change-of-mind purchases.

Detailed size charts are provided on all product pages—please check your measurements carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us prior to checkout.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the quickest method is to return the defective item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete their processing.
